IN a bowl, sprinkle 1.5lbs shrimp with cornstarch (2tbsp). Toss & coat the shrimp. In a large pan, combine 1/4 cup orange juice, 2tbsp. soy sauce, 2tbsp. honey, 1tbsp rice wine vinegar, 1tbsp chili paste. Whisk. Heat oil in a large skillet over med high heat. Add 1tbsp ginger and 3 garlic cloves. Stir fry and add shrimp for 3 minutes. Add juice mixture and 1/3 cup chopped onions. Cook 2 minutes. Enjoy!
